By accessing and using ProxyHub (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

ProxyHub provides proxy server services, including datacenter and residential proxies, with various subscription plans. We strive to maintain high uptime and reliability.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One person or entity may have only one account per IP address
• Creating multiple accounts from the same IP address is strictly prohibited

2.1. Duplicate Account Policy

CRITICAL WARNING: Our system automatically monitors and detects duplicate account creation from the same IP address. This policy is enforced without exception:

• Automatic Detection: Our system continuously monitors IP addresses and account creation patterns
• Immediate Suspension: Any accounts detected as duplicates will be immediately suspended and permanently banned
• Data Deletion: All account data, including deposits, subscriptions, transaction history, and any activated plans will be permanently deleted
• No Refunds: No refunds will be provided for any lost funds, deposits, or activated plans
• No Restoration: Account restoration is not possible once the ban is applied by our automated system
• No Exceptions: This policy applies to all users regardless of circumstances

IMPORTANT: We strongly advise against creating multiple accounts from the same IP address. If you share an IP address with others who may create accounts, please contact our support team before registration to avoid any issues.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use our proxy services for legitimate purposes only. Prohibited activities include:

• Illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, hacking, or data theft
• Spamming, phishing, or sending unsolicited communications
• Accessing copyrighted content without authorization
• Attempting to circumvent security measures of third-party systems
• Reselling or sharing access credentials without permission
• Activities that violate third-party terms of service
• Any use that causes harm to our infrastructure or other users

4. Payment and Billing

• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Payments are processed through third-party payment processors
• Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
• All sales are final, subject to our Refund Policy

5. Service Availability

While we aim for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

6. Data Usage and Bandwidth

• Usage limits apply according to your subscription plan
• Excessive usage may result in throttling or service suspension
• We monitor usage for abuse but do not monitor content unless required by law

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or abuse of the service. Upon termination, your access will be immediately revoked.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProxyHub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProxyHub from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of appropriate jurisdiction.
